Tiki Night 2016

Enjoy a tropical night as tiki makes its way back to Egyptian Theatre’s 12th Annual Tiki Night! A night of island food, drinks, music, fashion, and dance! Saturdays Off the 405

The Getty Center is back with “Saturdays Off the 405.” Every Saturday at the Getty enjoy a night of art and free live music by up and coming artists. Tickets are not required and these events are free! Check the site for the schedule of artists.

Lotus Festival in Echo Park

Did you know that Echo park lake is home to the largest Lotus bed in the United States? For that reason, it is the site for the Lotus Festival taking place July 9-10. This festival includes food, ethnic dances, and special cultural performances dedicated to the Lotus Flower. Admission to this event is FREE, festival hours are noon to 9pm Saturday, and noon to 8pm Sunday.

Dinosaurs Unextinct at the LA Zoo

Dinosaurs have become “unextinct” at the Los Angeles Zoo this summer. Come and meet 17 life-size dinosaurs, take pictures with the ferocious creatures, and learn how they are connected to the modern day zoo animals. This Mesozoic experience will run until October 31, 2016 at the LA Zoo for a seperate ticketed price of only $5 per person. 




Skyspace LA Hosting a Free Public Party to Celebrate Grand Opening

OUE Skyspace LA, B5:E5 tallest open-air observation deck located on top of the US Bank Tower is opening to the public and is throwing a free public block party in celebration! The observation deck offically opens on June 25th, and Skysace LA is inviting everyone for this Free all-day event!  The block party is from 10 am to 11pm, around the US Bank Tower on S. Hope street between Hope Place and 3rd street.  This event will feature live performances, a variety of food trucks, a Community Tent area and  specialty beer garden for 21 and older guests, best of all, tickets will not be necessary to visit the observation deck.




Street Food Cinema 2016

There are various food trucks for your tastebuds to try, and a musical act before the movie for your entertainment! LA PRIDE Music Festival and Parade 2016

The largest LGBTQ ticketed festival in the United States is back this weekend!  The 46th annual PRIDE Music Festival and Parade returns to West Hollywood Park June 10 thru June 12.  Join this three day celebration of the LGBTQ Community and supporters!  Headliners include Carly Rae Jepsen, Charli XCX, and sister power duo Krewella! Come for the music, stay for the art-exhibits, foodtrucks, and pop-up bars! Single day tickets are $15 and three day passes are just $45.
